At BodyPilates, I believe Pilates should be accessible to every Body. My journey began with a passion for movement and a mission to create a welcoming space where everyone can experience the transformative benefits of Pilates. During my teacher training, I had to complete a project on special populations, and I immediately thought of my close friend who has scoliosis. As I developed a Pilates program tailored to his needs, I realized how many other underserved populations could benefit from personalized workouts. That’s when the vision for BodyPilates truly took shape to provide thoughtful, accessible Pilates programs not just for the general population but also for those with limited mobility, scoliosis, sciatica, osteoporosis, and pre- and post-natal mothers. Through expert guidance, customized modifications, and a supportive community, I empower my clients to build strength, improve mobility, and connect with their Bodies in a way that feels safe and sustainable. At BodyPilates, movement is for every Body, and I’m here to help you move with confidence and purpose every day.
