The Why Behind BodyPilates™

At BodyPilates™, I believe Pilates should be accessible to every Body. My journey began with a passion for movement and a mission to create a welcoming space where everyone can experience the transformative benefits of Pilates. During my teacher training, I had to complete a project on special populations, and I immediately thought of my late friend, Connor, who had scoliosis. As I developed a Pilates program tailored to his needs, I realized how many other underserved populations could benefit from personalized workouts. That’s when the vision for BodyPilates™ truly took shape: to create thoughtful, accessible Pilates programs designed to support every Body — including individuals navigating limited mobility, scoliosis, sciatica, osteoporosis, and pre- and post-natal care, as well as professional athletes looking to enhance performance, mobility, recovery, and longevity. Through expert guidance, personalized modifications, and a rehabilitation-informed approach rooted in anatomy, Body mechanics, and nervous system awareness, I help clients build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with their Bodies in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and empowering. At BodyPilates™, movement is for every Body, and I’m here to help you move with confidence, purpose, and deeper Body awareness every day.
